Lighting
Pendant lights, wall lamps and table lamps.
- Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid water or cleaning sprays on the fixture or cord.
- Switch off and allow to cool before cleaning.
- Do not immerse any part of the fixture in water.
Diffusers & aromatherapy
Ceramic, glass and linen aroma diffusers, oil diffusers and reed diffusers.
- Empty and rinse the water tank with clean water after each use.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid submerging electrical components.
- Use only water-based essential oils unless the product specifies otherwise.
- Descale monthly with a 1:3 vinegar-to-water solution if mist output reduces.
Ceramics & decor
Incense trays, incense burners, candle trays and ceramic objects.
- Hand wash only with warm water and a soft cloth.
- Avoid dishwashers, abrasive scourers and sudden temperature changes.
- Handmade pieces may have natural variation in glaze and shape — this is expected, not a fault.
Textiles
Bathrobes, towels, hair wraps and slippers.
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
- Do not bleach.
- Tumble dry low or line dry.
- Wash before first use for maximum softness and absorbency.
Kitchenware
Chopping boards, bento boxes, cutlery sets, food pouches and meal prep containers.
- Hand wash recommended to preserve finish, unless the product specifies dishwasher-safe.
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Avoid prolonged soaking of wooden or bamboo items.
Bath
Bath mats and kitchen mats.
- Shake out or vacuum regularly to remove debris.
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Air dry fully before placing back down.
Wellness tools & devices
Facial rollers, gua sha sets, lymphatic contour kits, eye masks and pain relief patches.
- Wipe tools clean with a damp cloth after each use.
- Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- For electronic or self-warming items, follow the specific instructions included in the box.
